Holmatro – Hydraulic Jack Load Lifting Tutorial
This was an E-Learning / Hydraulic Load Lifting tutorial training project I did for for Holmatro a manufacturer of hydraulic equipment for industrial and emergency response applications. They are famous for creating the “Jaws of Life” spreaders and cutters that are used to extract people from mangled steel and car accidents among many other hydraulic and rescue devices and used by emergency response teams worldwide.

My Task
Task
I was provided the step by step storyboard, text, and concept for what the training tutorial was aiming to acheive as well as the audio reading of the text for each step which was performed by Brooks Turner Moore the same narrator that did the narration for the “How It’s Made” TV show. I then created the graphics and Animation for the project using Adobe Illustrator and Flash with Actionscript programming to handle the mathematical aspect of the hydraulic loads and remediation aspects of the tutortial.
